Welli is led by Juan Carlos Martínez, who founded and spent more than ten years as CEO of Ciudaddemascotas.com. The credential we lead with is operator experience, not agency experience — we have been the client, with the inventory, the margin and the payroll.
That decade is why the reporting looks the way it does. An operator does not need a slide about impressions; they need to know whether this month covered its costs and what to do on Monday.
Welli Agency LLC is registered in Florida and operated from Bogotá. We are deliberately small — the people you hire are the people who do the work, every month.
