A candy brand that needed an Amazon department, not an Amazon consultant

A USDA-organic, low-sugar hard candy brand — vegan, gluten free, kosher, no artificial colours. Since July 2025 we've run its Amazon business end to end.

Weekly check-in with a month-end forecast
Daily insight report and ad optimisation

A small brand cannot staff a marketplace team, and the work does not scale down — the Brand Store still has to be built, the listings still have to comply, the advertising still needs daily attention, and inventory still has to arrive before it runs out.

We built the Brand Store in the first month and took the channel: listings, multipacks and bundles, daily price monitoring, deals and coupons, and advertising launched weekly and optimised daily.

The operational spine is forecasting. Every week the check-in carries month-to-date sales against a month-end forecast, units and visits per day, advertising efficiency, product ranking by revenue share — and a days-of-cover call that says plainly what to ship this week.

The same reporting stack as our largest account, including all twenty-eight detectors, runs against a brand a fraction of its size.

Recent work has gone past operations into commercial questions: a customer loyalty and subscription analysis, an evaluation of Amazon's Creator Connections against affiliate alternatives, and a recommendation on business pricing.

The work does not scale down. So we made the reporting scale up.
